Thursday morning - best day so far
Mom is doing better today than she has so far. I stopped by to see her on my way to the airport and she was very alert. We chatted for about 45 minutes. She got a good night's sleep last night and it shows.The doctor came by shortly before I got there and let her know everything is going very well. In fact, they are going to pull the right drain tube today and likely send her home tomorrow. This has her a bit panicked, but she will be in good hands when she gets there. Thanks again for all the support (even the smart aleck comments from the peanut gallery).
What great news!! Glad that you will soon be going home. I will be up to see you when given the OK sign from Bettina!! Take care of you!

WAHOO!!! It will so good for you to sleep in your own bed!! Maybe you can even watch the NCHA Futurity this weekend!!!! I know that will make you feel better. You are amazing Muffy & what a great family you have! We are thinking about you daily and wish you the best.

YEH, YEH, YEH!! SO glad to hear how well you are doing, Muffy. I only hope that Glen is doing as well - all those pills are pretty MUCH to keep track of! I can't even begin to imagine how unreal it seems to be to be going home already so soon. WOW! Remember our hearts and prayers are with you. Be sure to tell Scott that Doug and I are here if he needs help with something. Wish he and Shawn could get together sometime now that Shawn is in Casper.
It sure is fun to be able to see how you're doing each day. The internet is just wonderful.
